transfer case shift lever hard to shift

00 grand limited. so last month i got my transfer case serviced along with the input/output seal fixed. now it's super hard to shift the lever. sometimes i have to jam it super hard so it'll go into 4 low/ 4 high or it'll seem to hit something right before it can go into low/high. something bent in the transfer case blocking the lever from moving freely?

Take it back. It should be under warranty for the original repair.
