Transfer case, Dana 35

So I went out for a rip, and now it has issues.
Transfer case - has the seal gone in it.. The top is gone leaks bad. So I got a bunch of water in it and I'm sure the barrings are half shot. It howls. I changed the oil, but think it was too late.

Dana 35( rear) blew my pinion seal, water got in mixed with oil and blew my pinion barring. Witch howls loud as well. Changed the oil, new seal.

All still half ****ed...

So my question is can I get a t-case rebuild kit??

Does the Dana 35 have a crush sleeve in it?? My pinion all torqued up still wobbles like hell( at the yoke end)
Cheers jr

Used 231s are for sale all the time for pretty reasonable prices. Is a rebuild really worth the effort?

Yes, D35s have a crush sleeve.

Ya they come and go here but have not seen to much in Alberta. BC there's lots.
And what would the torque be for the crush sleeve ?

Try going online and my advice is to get rig of the Dana 35 and go with a
Dana 44 rear or Ford 8.8.

Oh ya the running gear is gone ASAP. Just have to get them up here. I'm going with Dana 60s, there just in Vancouver now. I just moved to Calgary..
