Trans Swap CPS Problems

hey to tha forum so i would really apreciate some help on this ... i have a 95 jeep grand cherokee in my garage that i swaped the trans in .... i got tha old one out and tha new one in without marking tha drive plate and torque converter relationship due somewhat to tha fact that in replacing tha trans i also replaced tha torque converter ... after instalation tha engine turnsover but will not crank and also sounds like its out of time ... i assume this is because the cps is not alligned correctly with tha driveplate ....if anyone can tell me how to realign tha cps with tha driveplate i would greatly apreciate it...
