Tranny Help!!! 1980 CJ7 Tranny Fill?

Hey gang-
New member, I just purchased a 1980 CJ7 last night. I knew it would be a project but it began right when I got home. Long story short, the tranny needs a little work....

It worked to get it in gear and on the trailer, but I cant get it in gear to put it in the garage. But where it is now, I can mash the clutch all the way to the floor pan and still can not get it in gear. I can start the rig without the clutch, however.

Where is the easiest place to fill the tranny with fluid? It is the 6 cylinder 4 speed.

Thanks and any pictures are MUCH MUCH appreciated!!!!!

Clutch with linkage or does it have a hyd. clutch?
Are you thinking the tranny fluid is low and causing it to be hard to get in gear? IMO the tranny could be dry and you should be able to get it into gear just as if it were full (no differance). The only thing would be is that the dry one wont last real long. LOL
