Throttle Valve adjustment on a 727 transmission

Anyone have video on how to adjust the throttle valve on the 727 transmission. I have checked youtube and googled and havent found any video. I did find a manual on how to do it but its pretty confusing.

Does anyone know if you have to have the special tool for adjusting it?

Anything anybody?
