Th350

I'm having an issue when I'm on an incline and put the Jeep in park out wants to slip like its not locking up, and also when is cold it slips a little in reverse until the fluid warms . Any ideas

Surely there is someone thats a transmission guru, Any help or advice is apprectiated!!
