tf999 won't shift right

Hello, I'm new here. My transmission shifts from 1st to 2nd like butter. But, from 2nd it shifts immediately to 3rd, climbing 100 to 200 rpms before shifting. I checked to fluid and its full and in good condition as is tv cable. There's a small leak coming from the bottom of the bell housing, although I don't think that's what's causing the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Get a Chilton manual and it will tell you how to adjust the band and set the down shift rod. Did you check the fluid with it in nuetral. Chryslers are off thatway.
