swaping a 3.7 or 4.7 dakota engine

how much would it take to swap a 3.7L or 4.7L ddakota engine tranny and t-case into a 99 tj. it has a 2.5L with a wrist pin gone in it, and transfercase w/ no front wheel drive.

i have a complete dakota 4x4 new style w/4 doors that was in a roll over.

You'd be alot better off with the 4.0 and it would probably just bolt in...
