Steer wheel and whole jeep shook when turning

I have a JK. When I accelerate and turn at the same time, all of a sudden my whole car shook violently. It just feels the whole car was out of control. I was able to brake but wasn't able to straighten the wheels until it was almost come to 20km. Maybe I hit a bump but not a big one for sure. Once I straighten the wheels the car stabilized, I can pick up speed again.

It happens to me a few times already when I was turning onto a freeway and almost got into accidents.

I just replaced a new engine block about a month ago, I don't think that has anything to do with this problem but just in case.

Any idea where to start?

Check your front suspension bushings, steering components for play and torque all the suspension bolts. My guess is a bad track bar bushing.
