When the fuel pump stopped the ticking stopped. I figure the ticking was from the fuel pump relay. I went and turned the key and the engine started but then stalled. I started it and kept it running by pumping the gas pedal. My question is, this a bad pump or relay or pressure regulator? Now starting in the cold it has to go through this everytime or it just will not start.
Please help! Thanks
When you turn your key to the ON (not start) position does your CEL come on for a couple of seconds?

If what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger, I should be able to bench press a Grand Cherokee by now!
