Starter.

Can anyone recommend a starter for an 03' TJ. I don't want to buy the cheapest factory replacement, or the most expensive top of the line. Any help would be great.

I've used the cheap Advance Auto replacements before and haven't had any issues with them. Last one cost around $70 with one of the $40 off coupons you can find on the internet.
