When I start up my TJ it makes a weird squeaking sound. My buddy and I have determined its the belt. Is there any way it should be lubricated? Any advise is much appreciated.
My tensioner pulley bearing went out and it was squealing but a bearing and a belt squeal are a bit different but if your belt is old and dry and possibly stretched it will squeal and you can spray belt squeal stop on it but it's short term and will keep having to apply it.
