Rusty's gear combo sets?

I am planning to regear my 92 xj with 4.56 gears. I have 3 different places to purchase them from. My main question is, does rusty's include a complete shim set with their gear combo's? It doesn't mention anything about it on the site. And for those that purchased gears from them in the past, where you satisfied with the quality of the components?
