Rough idle 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee

I have a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.0 V6. Possibly over heated but no knocking noise... Due to over heating i replaced the radiator however, once i started the engine it felt as though it was miss firing. I replaced plugs, coil pack and crank sensor... Still feels like its miss firing... Any advise or suggestions on what else i can check???
