ring and pinion

Hi everyone ,i have an 03 wrangler sport manual trans i t has 33s i feel that it doesnt have much power on street and goin up slight inclines on highway my diff tag says it has 3.73 do u think i need to change ring and pinion. and to what ? , someday i want to get 35s

your rear axle is a Dana 35 running big tires will blow it up
My advice is to swap out axles you could use a Ford 8.8 or TJL Dana 44
rear and if you are going to run 35's atleast 4:10 gears if not 4:56
Don't put a dime into a Dana 35
