Right front grinding noise

Hey everyone! I am new to the forum world and i really need so help. I own a 2006 jeep grand cherokee limited. I Noticed a week or so ago that when i start my jeep up and start to take off in drive or reverse and turn it to the left it makes a grinding noise. You can feel the tire and feel that its making a slip or grind. Now just recently in the last couple days i have noticed that its alittle worse. Im wondering what this could be? Bad cv joint? Transfer case issue? Any ideas??? Thank you!
