Replacing JK X gears with Rubicon JK gears

I just bought my first jeep . JK X, I quickly replaced the "mail truck" stock tires with a set of rubicon take-offs so my gearing is off. It came stock with 3.21 gears Dana 44 in the rear, want to replace with 4.10 Rubicon JK gears. Is the rear just a matter of installing and shimming? Both are Dana 44's, except the front obviosly. Thanks!
