Replacement Part Recommendations?

So, I just bought a 97 Wrangler with over 169k miles on it. I'm new to this game and I'm wondering if any of you could tell me what I'll want to replace soonest. The clutch has just been replaced, so I don't need that. Also, this is a 4 cylinder. A few years ago I had a 6 and the only different I notice (as of now) is that she doesn't have as much pickup after about 55 mph. Is this normal of a 4 cylinder?
