Renix 4.0 Conversion Help Won't Start

I recently swapped a 4.0 into my YJ, used the same harness and ecu from the engine. I redid the bulkhead to my underdash wiring, I have the fuel pump solenoid working correctly along with the pump itself. I was able to drive the jeep i got it out of before i took the engine out. I converted ev erything used same flywheel and kept the CPS on there but it is not starting. I never messed with the distributor or wires. Thanks

What year 4.0 and wiring?

Do you have spark?

Yeah I have spark and it came out of a 90 Cherokee

That should be okay. Only way to be sure is to check fuel pressure at the rail with a gauge.

I'm not understanding how you can hear fuel pressure. Am I missing something?

No i can hear the pump and when i had the pump out it put out a pretty good amount of pressure when I would pressure test the new lines with it. But I came down to the issue of vacuum. I am only getting about 5lbs and I have every plug i can see on the engine and the diagram plugged and still getting the same pressure.

Vacuum is measured in inches, not pounds. How are you checking it?

I have a vacuum gauge hooked in with a T on one of the lines coming from the nipple by the air cleaner

Not picturing that. Make sure you're in a line/fitting that for sure is getting actual intake manifold vacuum.
