Quadra drive tire squeal

Hello everyone, just changed diff and tcase fluid in my 02 GC overland, I used the mopar tcase fluid and royal purple 75w-140 gear oil, was having problems with tire squeal around full lock on pavement so I started adding some "moc" friction modifier on top of what was already in the oil, now I'm at around 4 oz in rear and 2.5 in the front and still having very slight tire squeal under gentle acceleration at full lock, is this normal or is there something wrong? Thanks!
