Problems with 2006 Jeep Wrangler (Wheels)

I have problems with my 2006 65th Jeep

I took it to a mechanic and got a wheel alighnment done as it was pulling to the left quite hard when you let go of the steering wheel, they adjusted the alighnment as much as they could but it is still pulling to the left.
Is this common? is it to prevent a head on crash?

Also Gears are really notchy, not going into reverse 1 out of 20 times

Also I am getting 400 kms out of a full tank, is that resonable?
