popping when turning

On my 95 Cherokee I get a loud popping noise when turning the steering wheel or driving down the road and go over an uneven spot in the road. It sounds like it is in the frame and I feel it through my left foot on the floorboard.
It is not the steering box to frame bolts, I am thinking the steering stabilizer arm is wearing(where it mounts to the bracket on the frame). Anyone else have or had this problem?

could be a few things. First be sure the track bar is not loose and the hole is not wallowed out. check all suspension bolts. How are the U joints in the axles? From there how are the ball joints/Unit bearing,
