Found this on Google – C-15453 trans and C-15095 on the TC is from a 1987 Chevy Pickup – also its a New Process A833, not a Muncie. Used in Dodge and GM trucks, produced in 2 and 4 wheel drive versions. Google the info, lots of pictures, see what matches. The new process has an NP stamped on nit. The posts I read, people did not like the gear ratios. Search Chevrolet and the C?-15453 number (couldn't see it that well in the picture) and you will get a lot of info.

I've been researching for a few hours and narrowed the search to a np a883, and what I think is a np 241c transfer case. Would the 241np be better than the factory Dana 300?? Thanks for helping with the research

82 to 87 Chevrolet/GMC A833 for the transmission. No idea about transfer case without knowing what is on the tag.

If you are not going to use it, I might be interested in some or all of the transmission. Transfer case, to me, is just junk.
