Old style D30 ARB?

Hey guys, I picked up a used D30 Axle with an ARB In it, and am going to be putting it in my Jeep. I have heard of problems with these splitting and taking out the whole differential? I heard its because the bolts back out, well, I took a look under the cover and saw the hex bolts have some little caps over them, that look like they would prevent the bolts from coming out all the way. However, the bolts were loose (I would guess to get the right rotation to fit the piece of metal.

The previous owner said he has been running it since 2002, and had no problems. But only running 33's at max with 3.73's.

Is this a suitable fix or should I look into other options? what have you guys found to be successful?

Thanks a ton guys!
