Oil in air hose tube!!!

I took the air filter out of the airbox to clean it as well as the hose going into the throttle body and there was oil present on the inside of the air hose and throttle body. Is this normal? It doesnt seem to be and my jeep hasnt been running right. Do I have a problem. please advise

If it is on a 4.0, this is normal. There is no PCV to keep this from happening. My Cherokee is almost 13 years old (93) and has done this from day one. This is just a little splash from the valve train.
