Lets start by saying I got a willys pickup cheap with the intent to tear it down and put a reliable truck back on the road.

This week I pulled the d18, got it on the bench and pulled it apart with the intent on replacing all the wear items. But upon inspections I need a little help with weather or not I can get away with not replacing the gears and such..(ive never had anything like this apart with the intent to put it back together). My main concerns being the toasted end of the output and the chip at the bottom of the intermediate gear
