Need some help

So I messed up... I'm installing my RC 4.5" lift and I was taking off track bar. The castle nut and cotter pin on top were rusted completely so I cut off track bar before the mount. Bad idea. A little playing around and the castle but un threaded. Now I'm stuck with the tapered part of track bar stuck in the hole. I want to drill out but I have no idea what size the bolt is can someone give me some suggestions on what to do!!!
