Need info on 4.3 V6

Have friend with 95 YJ it has 4cyl. and manual trans.
will the 4.3 V6 from 95 Chevy 1500 PU bolt up?

4.3 in YJ

The 4.3 was not used in any Jeep vehicle, rather the 90 degree GM 2.8 V-6 was in the 84-86 XJ models prior to the 4.0 being used in 87.There are kits to install a small block Chevy V-8 in Jeeps but it will be a lot of work and the transmission won't hold up to it.I'd just find a 4.0 and drop that in, it'd be a lot easier and wouldn't require all kinds of adapters etc. A much better alternative!
