Need help with pistons!

So I broke a piston skirt in my 2002 2.5l and when im looking for a new set of pistons im finding some that say they are for 1996-1999 2.5L's while others say they are for 1996-2002s however they are the same size pistons. Either ones should work right? Just trying to make sure before i pull the trigger because of course the ones that say 1996-1999 are cheaper. Also the stock piston size is 98.425mm correct? Thanks
