Need Help!!!! Jeep Hesitation

Let see if I can explain this!!!!!
I have a 1995 Jeep Cherokee Sport Country 4.0L.
The jeep has a hesitation when accelerating from a stop. No matter hot or cold or time of day. The engine rpm's will decline before the vehicle takes off. Also, when the vehicle is in park or neutral I will step on the gas pedal to build rpm's, the engine will hesitate before gaining the rpm's, when the rpm's decline back to normal the engine acts like its going to die before catching itself and stays running. (A couple of times it has died) I hope this makes sense!!!!!!!

This is what I have done soooo far to fix.....
Cleaned throttle body
New TPS
New Idle Air Control Valve
New Fuel Filter
New O2 Sensors
New plugs and wires

After replacing the above I have noticed a difference in the hesitation when taking off from a stop, but the jeep stills acts up in park and in netural.

My next action plan in to take the fuel rail off and test and replace the injectors, but if someone has been in the same boat and can steer me in the right direction. Thanks you in advance,

Steven
