Need advice for a dana 60 swap that is definitely happening

I've got an 03 TJ, and an associates degree in welding technology, along with a passion for tinkering.

I just got the TJ in it's stock, unmolested 4 cylinder form. Pulled the 4 banger for a 5.3 swap, which I'm also doing myself. That's another thread though.

Today I sold the factory d30-35.

Tomorrow I'm either driving 50 miles west, to buy a drivers drop front, or 50 miles north to get the rear, and by the middle of next month I'll buy the lift, other axles, trusses etc.

(spent some of my axle funds on conversion motor mounts)

I need to know what you guys are doing with your Dana 60 swaps. Pics and part #s or material list.

I want to hear recommendations regarding whether I should convert to leaf springs, or stay with coils. I will be stretching the wheelbase as far as possible from the rear if that makes one option any better than the other.

I also want to know the cheapest route to start with. I can always cut and re-weld later, but considering that I'm doing the 5.3 swap at the same dern time it's gonna be awfully pricey. But it a good way though!

Rear leafs are easy but the springs will get in the way at the back.

Of all the things Ive lost
The one I miss most is my mind

Its like a fart in a windstorm
It smells good but thats about it

Care to give a little more detail? I can do either one. I would like to hear pros and cons. Leafs, I don't need a truss, and could I do. Thats the only pros and cons I know so far.
