My Wolfpack CJ7 Barn Find

Hello I finally found this nice CJ7. I have been working to get it ready for the road for a couple of months now. Only had a few things left to do then hurricane Harvey hit the Houston area where I live. Water in the entire drivetrain. I have since changed all of the fluids. But now the clutch plate seems to be stuck to the flywheel or pressure plate. After the fluid changes I couldn't work the transmission or the transfer case but I finally did get them to work (while sitting in driveway w/ engine off) Someone please tell me there is a magical way to free up this clutch so I wont have to pull this transmission (a T150 and a T20 i believe). It shifted perfectly before the storm. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Mike

Your clutch disc has stuck to the flywheel. Place your bumper against an immovable object (wall, tree) put transmission in gear push the clutch pedal in and then hit the starter. That is usually enough force to free up the clutch.

And don't forget to also hold the clutch pedal in while you're trying to free it using the above method.
