MUSTANG 5.0 Engine in a YJ

Would this be too hard of a conversion?
Would it be possible?
Would it be expensive?
Would it be worth it?

My neighbor has a 5.0 engine in a 94 Mustang with only 87,000 miles on it. The engine performs strong as hell. I was wondering if I could put it in my 89 YJ Wrangler. The mustang currently has a manual 5 speed transmission and so does my Jeep.

I'm not sure on the prices for adapter (engine/trans), but you can get a wiring harness at Summit Racing that will help greatly in the installation. It uses the factory computer and sensors.

Transplant Harness

Complete with stand alone fuse panel for only $479. Pretty cheap to save a lot of headaches.
