Mounting 98 4.0 on stand

I'm getting ready to put a donor 4.0 on my stand. I've got a pair of 7/16 and a pair of 3/8 bolts for it but they only have about 1/2" of threads sticking out past the sleeves of the mounting arms of the stand. Is that enough to hold the 4.0 or should I go get some longer bolts?

I'd go a little longer.
