Is Lucas fuel treatment safe?

I have been using Lucas upper cylinder lubricant/fuel mileage improver that comes in a 32oz bottle for about 7 tanks now. It has given me a couple more mpg but I was wondering if it is safe to use lucas fuel treatment for the rest of the life of my vehicle. Anybody else use this stuff?

Its safe though it will turn to syrup in the sub zero and clog the filler neck.
Using it all the time is a flat out waste of money unless youre getting it for free.

I use the "tune up in a bottle" everytime i change my oil. I think using it all the time would be a waste of $$ though
