Lockrite locker noises

Anybody running the Richmond lockrites or know about them?I have these installed in the front and rear.I have a Dana 30 front and 8.8 in rear.I know the ratchet sound is normal around corners but im getting a popping noise mostly in a parking lot when turning really slow.Its like it binding up and then let's loose.Its irritating and sounds like its breaking.

You'll have to live with that, and pay attention on wet roads having a non selectable locker at the front can be killer.

Always run a selectable at the front for dbl duty use

Are the lockers brand new, or do they have a few thousand + miles on them. Did you perform all user manual tests and check with the little spacer block ?

Don't see why a front locker is an issue on wet roads as long as the Jeep is in 2wd. Even in 4x4, on wet or snowy roads, if you drive responsibly, a front locker is not an issue.

The lockers have around 3000 miles.Didn't have the popping noise as much when new.
