Leaking tube

That zigzag tube looks like leaking. Is that a ac tube and how much pain would be replace it?

That's for the ac. You can remove and replace it yourself but you may need to have a pro recharge the ac unit. They sell a recharge kit at advanced auto parts. These parts are pressurized so please don't hurt yourself. These hoses are quite spendy for a hose, mine was maybe 40$ 10 years ago.
