K&N FIPK -- does TJ fit YJ?

I have an offer for TJ 4.0L FIPK. But my main concern is - does it fit YJ 4.0?
I have no idea what to expect. Anyone has any informations regarding this?

Thanks, J

YJ - bent

TJ- straight

YJ air intake is in front of the driver -- aIR INTAKE IS UNDER THE HEADLIGHT.
Tj has air intake on the passenger side.
So where does it draw air from on that side...?

K&N that is about the worst thing a person can do for an engine. They let in tons of dirt that the stock filter catches.

Well.. I don't do offroad every single time; i basically drive it in the city (unfortunately)... If I were offroading, I am sure I would remove the K&N.

Anyways, I already have K&N panel filter and I oil it regularly -- and I'm satisfied..
