Jeeps back on road what needs to be done

My jeep is finally back on the road, was sitting for past 3 months.
I'm going to change the oil and get a fresh tank of gas. Is there anything I need/should do?

I wonder were that dirt road goes?

Just do your normal fluid inspections...tire psi should be fine
