Use a small jumper wire & jump pin 30 to pin 87 of the starter relay in the PDC.

Make SURE the Jeep is in neutral.

BTW, the switch on the transfer case is only for the 4wd light, it's not integrated into the starter circuit in any way.

I took it to my buddy's shop and he had to let it sit for about a week and a half and today he pulled it into his shop and tried to tire it up and it started by turning the ignition switch with a screwdriver. What's weird is that iv been having to do the same thing while I was attempting to diagnose why it would not start. Now I just need to put the ignition switch with the pin back in along with the key cylinder and see what happens.
