Jeep Trouble Code P1388

Recently my 96 Jeep Grand Cherokee has been acting up on rare occasions. By this I mean that it starts and runs fine and when the vehicle chooses to the engine will stall. I am not getting a CEL but when i hook up the OBD-II it reads trouble shoot code P1388.
Error Code: P1388, "an open or shorted condition detected in the ASD or CNG shutoff relay controle curcuit"

I have spent a lot of time tracing wire to look for any kind of damage. If there is more to this code please help. Anything from wire locations to censors or tips on the relays. Thanks
