Jeep engine swap question

I drive a 93 xj i want to rebuild the motor so i can have a fresh start i however cant be without a vehicle for that long so i am going to pull a 4.0 out of a salvage yard to rebuild my question is would my best bet be another 93 or is there a stronger year out there
