J10 20 MPH Front End Vibration Help

Need suggestion to diagnose - I have a 1974 J10, Auto, Quadra Trac. At approx 20 mph there is a serious front end vibration that is felt on the steering wheel then goes away at 25 mph. The truck has had both differentials rebuilt, all new u-joints, new trans mount, transmission checked out, new tires 15" nothing wide or fancy, all new vacume lines for 4wd. This vibration has been there since I purchased the truck also has a Big Country lift kit on it. The truck runs great before and after the 20 MPH - The front end is tight as in tracs straight on the highway no sway or correction needed. - should I take the front shaft off an see if vibration goes away? Motor mounts? Any suggestions.

Also there is a 360 engine in the truck - it is not the original --- I cant fine any numbers or tag on it to identify it - where would it be?

Thanks for your help.

Maybe the tires are mis balanced. Check to see if the weights are missing from the rims. The tire could also be "out of round" or have broken belts. Bad shock could also cause the same issue.
