Intake Manifold leak

This is a Holly Street Dominator Intake Manifold: Had to put a new thermo. housing on the intake because the old was corroded to nothing. Dried everything off, siliconed the gasket and put the new housing on. It started to leak right away, around the housing bolts and up through the bolts. Too tight maybe? Need help.
