if transmissions were people..

ok long story short. im fed up with the experiences ive had with the ax15 transmission. i have one that was rebuilt about 4 months ago and about 2 weeks later i had no first gear and a funky clutch. i wasnt a very happy camper. i then got one off of here for $300 to see if it was worth a crap, which it wasnt. i just want out of the manual transmission game for now until i can actually get a nice 6 speed.

what id like to do is trade my two ax15s for somebodys good automatic or good manual transmission thats not an ax15 and will bolt up to my 4.0. i can throw in a little money but ive got more than enough in all this crap already.

maybe someone can read this and know my problem and tell me an 'easy' fix which would be the best im just really confused and stuck between a rock and a hard place.

thanks for any help!

You don't need a sludge-o-matic, you need a competent transmission mechanic.
