I6 to V8 swap - Direct swap?
I have an 80 cj5, that has the 258, and a 4 speed manual in it. I have a 76 cj5 that has a 304 (i assume) and 3 speed manual in it. I want to put the v8 in the 80, so will the V8 bolt right up to the 4 speed trans? Will the V8 flywheel/clutch all work with the 4 speed transmission?
