I need help with my gears

I have an automatic 2.5 inch lift jku on 35s (soon to be 37s) and I was wondering how do I get everything re calibrated on my jeep to run well at higher speeds and my spedometer. Everything else about my jeep is good just it doesn't want to run well at high speeds and always is shifting all over the place (I know you all will hate me getting an auto but I didn't have a choice)

Gearing is too tall due to the tires. The transmission senses the engine lugging and downshifts to try to compensate. A gear lower gets the engine spinning up and the transmission shifts back up.
