What ever the cheapest spray paint you can find. It's an axle, so it's going to get scratched up. Spray paint is easy to touch up.

I ended up using a pitman arm puller to push out the sway bar bolts worked great

Anyone use alloy ujoints? Or should I just put oem in my shafts?

Everything from the knuckle out will depend on what year the HP30 is. I dont remember the years, but some of the HP30's had the smaller brakes and you can swap the knuckles to obtain the larger brakes.

760, and SHOULD be the larger brakes and be a newer axle model

My tcase is binding when I turn and I know the one axle ujoint is bad. Could that bad ujoint be what's causing the tcase to bind when I turn?

Is this occurring in 4wd? Why do you think the t-case is binding?

It does it in 4 or 2 and I put the front up on jacks and unbolted my rear driveshaft and put in in 4 wheel and gear and turned it left and right and when I turn the wheel my tcase starts clunking

To clarify; in two wheel drive, you hear clunking that you believe is in the transfercase, but only when you turn the steering wheel while under power?
