How do you......

remove the dip stick oil tube from the engine block? My first time tearing down an engine and this thing is kicking my butt. It's a 1980 amc 360 from a cherokee. Is it pressed in, screwed in?

Press fit. A few gentle taps with a soft-faced mallet is all it takes.
