hesitation on hard acceleration

while the motor is cool and choke is on everything is good. after motor warms up and choke is fully open there is a lot of hesitation when you stomp on the gas. im thinking i may need bigger jets?
its a 304 bored .060 over, rv cam, headers, msd 6a ignition with the motorcraft 2100. any suggestions, i believe the timing is advanced 13-15* IIRC.

When you get home, see if there are more than 1 vacuum ports on the carb. If there are, use the one highest up on the carb.
